In recognition of its service to opportunity youth, YouthBuild USA has been awarded an $10.9 million grant from AmeriCorps, the federal agency for national service and community volunteerism, to help young people across the nation build the skillsets and mindsets that lead to long-term professional and personal success.
Five new members have been elected to the Board of Directors for YouthBuild USA, a global nonprofit championing opportunity youth — young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are neither in school nor employed — as they earn the knowledge, training and opportunities that lead to long-term professional and personal success.
