“Lindsey has spent her career working alongside organizations as they clarify their purpose, scale their impact and build strong teams,” said John Valverde, president and CEO of YouthBuild Global. “Her perspective and expertise are tremendous assets to YouthBuild Global as we continue to strengthen and support local programs, engage employer partners and expand opportunities for young people around the world. We’re so pleased to have her on the Board.”
Since joining Bridgespan in 2014, Waldron has led multiple initiatives focused on nonprofit strategy and leadership development, and has authored widely used resources on strategic planning, crisis management and more.
