building brighter futures on a global scale
We’re pleased that PGIM Real Estate featured YouthBuild in a recent video highlighting our partnership as a vital contribution to their ongoing commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

YouthBuild USA has collaborated with Prudential for over twenty years and PGIM Real Estate for more than 8 years. Together, we have established a global network of PGIM Real Estate employees who collaborate with YouthBuild programs across the U.S. and around the world, including the UK and Mexico. Dedicated PGIM Real Estate ambassadors lead their teams in volunteering and engaging with local YouthBuild programs. They provide strong mentorship for young people around the world.
In London, for example, PGIM Real Estate supports YouthBuild Ventures UK by offering coaching sessions on topics such as personal finance, mental health, and communication, offering important opportunities for YouthBuild students to grow in confidence and believe in themselves as they go through the program.
PGIM Real Estate provides YouthBuild programs, students, and graduates essential business know-how, access to networks and livelihood opportunities, financial support, and inspiration. We’re grateful to PGIM Real Estate for standing with the YouthBuild movement.
