Driscoll’s leadership strengthens YouthBuild Global’s commitment to partnering
with YouthBuild programs and championing opportunity youth around the world.
Business operations and finance services leader Pat Driscoll has joined the Board of Directors of YouthBuild Global. As headquarters for the YouthBuild movement, YouthBuild Global unifies and partners with an expansive network of YouthBuild programs around the world, championing opportunity youth as they achieve their ambitions and reach their full potential.
Driscoll joins the Board as senior vice president of customer and finance services at Dell Technologies, where he leads operations for global customer success, credit, fraud prevention, order management, customer care and more. He has driven major transformation initiatives at the multinational technology company, shaping future-focused financial strategies to enhance global business operations and integrating emerging technologies like AI. Driscoll’s career at Dell has spanned two decades, with previous experience in manufacturing and systems engineering.
Driscoll previously served on the Board of Directors for LifeWorks, helping to support the well-being of young people and families by providing connection and services to youth experiencing homelessness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Houston. He currently lives in Georgetown, Texas.
“It’s a great honor to join the YouthBuild Global Board of Directors and work with my colleagues to enhance the power of the YouthBuild network,” said Driscoll. “When young people in local YouthBuild programs see tangible paths to both personal and professional success, amazing things can happen. I look forward to helping serve these young people as they build brighter futures for themselves and their communities around the world.”
“We are thrilled to have Pat’s tech and finance expertise on our YouthBuild Global Board of Directors,” said John Valverde, president and CEO of YouthBuild Global. “As we prepare opportunity youth around the world for professional success and lifelong learning, his perspective in financial literacy, emerging technology and comprehensive strategy will help modernize and inform our partnership with YouthBuild programs and the young people they serve. We are so happy to welcome him to our Board.”
With love and respect, YouthBuild partners with opportunity youth to build the skillsets and mindsets that lead to lifelong learning, livelihood, and leadership. In the United States, opportunity youth are young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are out of school and out of work. In many countries outside of the U.S., this group may include those between 15 and 29 years of age. Within the opportunity youth population, YouthBuild primarily serves young people who lack a high school diploma and financial resources. These young people are in greatest need of our support, and they are our greatest source of untapped potential to create more equitable economic growth and transform the world.
Through hundreds of YouthBuild programs, these young people pursue their education, prepare for future careers, and grow into community leaders—building brighter futures for themselves, their neighborhoods, and our world.
